Recruitment and career service CIPFA-Penna has appointed Philippa Watkins as its finance lead.

Watkins’ new role has a particular focus on local government and is based in London.

She joins from recruiter and recruitment process outsourcing provider Hudson, where she was responsible for their local government finance business.
