Fri, 30 Oct 2015International engineering staffing specialist Talascend has promoted Andrew Rowlstone to UK operations director.

Rowlstone was previously a business manager based in Abu Dhabi. He takes responsibility for Talascend’s UK operations but will continue to manage Talascend’s Middle East team based in Abu Dhabi.

Rowlstone is based in London.

Also joining as recruitment consultants in London are Kim Shepard, Ula Kirgianis, Dragana Skoric, Cornellius Mensah and Jamie Sax, along with Jenna Obie and Kalisha Robinson who join as advisers to the firm’s the contractor care team.

Meanwhile, Tahanee Twist has joined Talascend’s Manchester operations as a recruitment consultant.
