US doctor staffing firm Team Health has announced a 26.2% increased in year-on-year revenue in the last quarter.

The firm’s financial statement, published yesterday and covering the three months to 30 September, show revenue of US$899.2m (£583.3m) in Q3 2015 (2014 Q3: $712.2m).

President and chief executive Mike Snow said in a statement revenue growth was driven by contributions from acquisitions, as well as new contracts.

Acquisitions contributed 19.2% of the revenue increase.
