Legal recruiters Andrew Ellaby, Jesse Cook and Erik Rendahl have left recruitment giant Hays’ legal division to join legal staffing specialist Eximius Law.

Ellaby will head up the firm’s private practice team in London and is joined by senior consultants Cook and Rendahl.

Ellaby was previously manager for private practice legal recruitment at Hays, while Cook and Rendahl were senior consultants.

According to an Eximius Law statement, the trio work with lawyers based globally, while clients consist of UK headquartered City law firms, London-based US firms, West End boutiques and offshore practices.

All three are based in London.
