Digital staffing specialist Nakama London has promoted Leigh Scholefield to associate director.

Scholefield was previously digital manager and joined the group back in 2009.

Her new role will see her further develop the firm’s core technology and creative recruitment divisions alongside taking a regional lead in the client development strategy.
