IT & technology staffing specialist ReThink Recruitment has appointed Alex Belford as regional sales manager.

Belford joins ReThink from boutique IT sales recruiter, Howard Jackson, where he was most recently UK operations manager overseeing both domestic and European recruitment. 

He is based in Manchester.
