Swoop Recruitment, based in Nottingham, has been launched to cover both temporary and permanent roles in the construction, interiors and building service sectors throughout the UK.

The founders are:

• Gary Severn, national recruitment director, who was most recently brand manager at multi-sector recruitment group HRGO.

• Stuart Lindsay, managing director, who is also founder and managing director of finance brokerage Lindsay Finance, which arranged the start up capital for Swoop.

• Justin Doddy, commercial director, who is also commercial manager at Lindsay Finance and commercial director of United Equipment, which specialises in the sale and disposal of plant equipment.
