No organisation or recruiter is exempt from using technology as a recruitment channel, according to recruitment guru Dr John Sullivan.

Sullivan told Recruiter last week technology is essential for today’s recruiters and social media can help them build long-term relationships with passive candidates.

Sullivan’s comments came following his keynote session at the Recruiter Show in London, where a packed audience heard him outline recruiting ideas and techniques from the Silicon Valley.
