North Carolina-based recruitment and managed services provider in the IT industry ettain group has acquired IT recruiter Timberhorn IT Solutions, based in Dallas, Texas.

An ettain statement, released yesterday, says the acquisition enables it to grow geographically, as well as enhancing support for several national clients.

Timberhorn employees will remain on staff and continue to serve customers at their current office location. The statement says ettain plans to merge offices early next year.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
