Amanda Pearn has taken on the role of HR director at retirement property firm Audley Retirement.

Pearn was previously head of ER [Employee Relations] operations at Kier Group, and before that she ran her own company, Pearn HR. She has also been HR director at Hopkinson Catering and Hilton Worldwide.
