Capital Outsourcing Group has appointed Phil Tromans as group operations director. 

Tromans will support the integration of several new businesses into the group, as well develop new product lines and value services for the company and its customers.

He joins from neutral vendor provider de Poel, where he was operations director, and will be based in Stockport.
