Global specialist recruiter Hays has appointed Mary Teresa (MT) Rainey as an independent non-executive director, effective 14 December 2015.

She will be a member of the audit, remuneration and nomination committees.

An experienced advertising professional, she formed advertising agency Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe, which she later sold to Y&R [Young & Rubicam], a subsidiary of PR agency WPP.
