Global executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles has promoted Krishnan Rajagopalan to executive vice president and managing partner – executive search.

Rajagopalan assumes his new role from this month along with Jory Marino, who has been promoted to vice chairman – strategic initiatives, to oversee technology improvements, recruitment of senior consulting talent and return to the market. 

Currently Rajagopalan serves as firm’s executive vice president – head of global practices and Marino is currently executive vice president – head of global markets.

Rajagopalan is based in Washington, while Marino is based in New York.
