Construction and built environment recruitment specialist Rosemont is expanding and has appointed Mark Hooper and Andy Cooper as associates.

Hooper joins the Bristol-based recruiter’s construction practice from recruitment ad agency TMP Worldwide where he was operations manager, while Cooper joins from engineering recruiter Altran UK to lead a new consulting engineering division.
