Specialist catering and industrial recruiter Berry Recruitment has appointed Karen Neale and Matthew Morehead as operations managers.

Neale is based in the firm’s Loughborough branch that specialises in recruiting for the hospitality and catering sectors and this month has launched an industrial division.

Neale has 10 years’ experience in industrial recruitment with Stafforce, and before that Transline Group and Flex Recruitment Plus.

Morehead, a special forces veteran and and national heavy-weight kickboxing champion, joins the firm's Cannock, West Midlands, office. 

He has also previously run his own recruitment firm, Lichfield City Recruitment.
