Jobs and recruiting marketplace Glassdoor has launched a new job search function that will include company ratings alongside adverts. 

The firm hopes the new search function will make it easier for people to decide if the company that is advertising is a good fit for them. 

As well as company ratings, salary data and office photos could be included.
