Midlands-based recruiter Macildowie has appointed Ian Machell as operations director.

Machell joins from international recruiter Badenoch & Clark, where he was director for commerce & industry, according to his LinkedIn profile.

In the firm’s Milton Keynes office, Paul Don joins as senior manager. He will initially lead the firm’s procurement & supply chain, sales & marketing and business operations recruitment teams there. Don was previously as senior manager at Badenoch & Clark, according to his LinkedIn profile.

Meanwhile in Nottingham, HR adviser Ben Le Roy, marketing recruitment consultant Raji Johal and senior finance recruitment consultant Greg Statham join Macildowie. Statham is a former consultant at global recruiter Robert Half, according to his LinkedIn profile.

Finally, the firm’s Leicester office welcomes recruitment consultant Layla Bardill. Bardill was previously a consultant at Scotland-headquartered Search Consultancy, according to her LinkedIn profile.
