Workforce solutions provider PeopleMatter has appointed George Mackie as chief executive.

Mackie was previously a venture partner at venture capital firm Noro-Moseley Partners, working with entrepreneurs to create and manage high growth.

PeopleMatter is based in Charleston, South Carolina.
