International aerospace, aviation and defence recruiter Resource Group has been awarded a licence to recruit in Spain.

The ETT (Empresa de trabajo temporal) labour leasing interim licence enabling the recruiter to provide specialist flight crew and technical recruitment services to the Spanish aviation and aerospace market.

Recruitment will be delivered via its subsidiary Resource Consulting Spain ETT.

Requirements for the licence include having a Spanish company with office premises dedicated to this type of recruitment activity and a minimum of three permanent employees; full health and safety compliance for the assurance that all staff and contractors work in safe environments; and extensive recruitment systems and procedures for activity in Spain.
