Services company Sodexo has promoted Andy Rogers to HR director of the UK & Ireland region.

Rogers was previously organisational development and change director and has been at the company for 20 years.

In his new role he is responsible for providing strategic HR leadership to 34,000 employees across 1,800 locations in the corporate, healthcare, education, leisure, justice and defence sectors. 

According to his LinkedIn profile Rogers is based in London.
