Multi-sector recruiter Barker Ross Group has appointed Eliot Davies as managing director for Barker Ross Recruitment, along with Helen Clark as operations director for Barker Ross Health and Social Care.

Davies, previously a senior operations director at recruitment giant Hays, will be managing Barker Ross’ civil engineering, construction, piling, plant, property & facility management and technical divisions throughout the UK from its Nottingham office. 

His remit will also be to expand the business organically, investing in existing locations as well as opening new ones within new sectors.

Clark joins Barker Ross Health & Social Care following nearly 16 years with Reed Health & Care, where she ran nine branches as a regional manager. Her responsibilities will be to maximise margin, improve gross profit per head and grow the firm’s client base throughout the UK. She is based in Manchester.
