Industrial thread and consumer textile crafts business Coats has appointed Valerie Hayden as HR director.

Hayden’s remit covers all aspects of HR including HR leadership, advice on talent management, performance management, engagement, recruitment and reward.

She joins from global media group Dentsu Aegis Network, where she was regional head of HR, Asia Pacific.

Hayden will also be a member of Coats’ Asia leadership team and is based in Singapore.
