Global job board Monster’s chief executive Timothy Yates is to take on the additional role of chief financial officer.

A company statement, released yesterday, revealed Yates will succeed Michael McGuinness who was promoted from chief accounting officer in November.

The statement adds McGuinness has left to pursue another career opportunity.

Yates is based in New York.
