Multi-sector recruiter Specialist People Services (SPS) has appointed Paul McNulty as group finance director.

McNulty joins from LED lighting specialist acdc and was previously part of the senior management team at multi-sector recruiter McGinley Human Resources. 

He succeeds John Andrews and is based in Bradford.

SPS’s recruitment brands include transport and logistics recruiter Driver Hire Nationwide, rail support services recruiter ISS Labour and online people management services provider eServices.
