Turnover at French recruitment firm Synergie grew by 9% in the first quarter of 2016, according to results released by the company. 

The results were boosted by a strong performance of its French business, which saw revenue boosted by 12%, compared to the same quarter in 2015, to €227.1m (£177.1m). 

By contrast, turnover growth in its international division grew by a relatively modest 6%.
