The Freelancer & Contractor Services Association (FCSA) has appointed David Mount as its new chairperson.

Mount, the managing director and founder of accountancy firm 1st Option, has played an active role in FCSA’s work since 2010.

He succeeds Graham Fisher who has served as chair for the last year.
