Global building materials supplier LafargeHolcim has appointed Caroline Luscombe as head of organisation and human resources.

Luscombe joins Swiss-headquartered LafargeHolcim from global Swiss agribusiness Syngenta where she has been head of HR since January 2010 and a member of its executive committee since 2012.

She will also join LafargeHolcim’s executive committee from 1 July 2016 and is based in Zurich in the firm’s HQ.
