Global e-recruitment specialist WCN has appointed Peter Shaw as finance director, along with two other senior hires.

Shaw joins from software firm MuleSoft, where he was international controller for EMEA & APAC, and will be based in the UK.

Also joining are new hires Adam Couch as vice president of sales – Americas, based in Austin, Texas, and Julian Ladd as global head of sales, based in the UK.

Couch was most recently at software firm Oracle leading sales of Oracle HCM Cloud, while Ladd joins from his roles as market vice president at talent and career management workforce solutions provider Right Management and corporate development director multinational security services company at G4S.
