Capita promotes McQueen to executive director of HR and recruitment

Business outsourcing provider Capita has appointed Nicola McQueen as executive director of its workplace services division, which includes all of Capita’s HR and recruitment businesses.

Business outsourcing provider Capita has appointed Nicola McQueen as executive director of its workplace services division, which includes all of Capita’s HR and recruitment businesses.

McQueen, who also joins Capita’s executive management board, has been managing director of Capita Resourcing since 2010 and her promotion was effective from 1 June 2016. 

In her new role, she will be responsible for Capita’s recruiting partnering project, a partnership with the MoD to recruit officers and soldiers into the British Army and Army Reserve. She will also oversee several other large-scale recruitment contracts in central and local government, as well as nuclear and financial services.

McQueen is the wife of Lee McQueen, former The Apprentice winner and founder of sales recruitment and training company Raw Talent Academy.
