Executive search firm GatenbySanderson has appointed Jody Goldsworthy as senior partner to drive its assessment and leadership development practice.

A former director of consulting at best practice insight and technology company CEB, and head of assessment at global management consulting firm Hay Group, Goldsworthy specialises in psychometric assessment and leadership development. 

She will be responsible for growing the firm’s assessment and post-hire consulting services.
