NonStop Recruitment, a Europe-wide staffing specialist in the pharma, medical devices, chemical, care, digital and technical markets, has hired 19 new employees for its Czech operations.

These include Josef Klimes, who joins as head of procurement and facilities. He has held similar roles at firms including T-Mobile, Deloitte and Provident Financial.

Julien Picq joins as head of business systems from CA Technologies, where he was a senior IT product manager. 

Kristyna Bokajova joins as head of HR from Zomato, where she successfully built an HR function. Before that, she was HR manager for Manpower.

Luna Capalbo joins as project co-ordinator. She was previously project manager for Prague International Marathon.

This month’s training academy intake has seen 15 people join the Prague-based programme.

Trainees joining NonStop Pharma are: Sonia Deroche, Vivien Kis, Rick Schroeder, Elizabeth Kibombo, Tone Bergheim, Timo Turto and Ulpukka Sillanmaki.

Training to join NonStop Technical are: Katerina Kozakova and Kamala Cittadini.

Trainees joining NonStop Medical Devices are: Angela Alesci, Iman Bennoui and Julia Quesnel.

Training to join NonStop Care are: Kerry Odendaal and Rajan Modhwadia. 

Rickard Larsson, meanwhile, is training to recruit in the IT sector. 

NonStop Recruitment increased headcount by more than 25% in the past year and has recently taken over an entire floor of Prague’s Danube House to facilitate further growth. The new space provides room for 108 new desks.

The trainees are currently based in NonStop’s Prague office, although they will later be able to work from any of its offices, including London, Portsmouth and Zug (Switzerland).
