Russam GMS, a provider of interim managers and executive search services, has appointed Cathy Kay as associate director, executive search.

Kay brings a wealth of recruitment and executive search experience to Russam GMS. She has worked for Fortune 500 companies in all sectors, and is particularly recognised for her work within the technology industry, in innovation, digital transformation and technology infrastructure.

Working with Melissa Baxter, director, executive search, Kay will help expand the firm’s executive search business, with a specialist focus on senior-level digital transformation and technology roles.

She joins from Aspen Worldwide, an international executive search firm where she specialised in technology.
