London-based corporate and public sector recruiter Insight Executive Group has appointed Robert Parker as head of property and facilities management recruitment.

Parker, who was a professional athlete for seven years and represented the Great Britain in the Men’s Water Polo Team at the London 2012 Olympics, began his recruitment career at public services recruiter Morgan Hunt.
