Shaun Critchley has become sole managing director at contractor and recruiter services provider Advance.

A statement, released today, reveals that Tim Hunt, who previously served alongside Critchley as joint managing director, has left the business to pursue other opportunities. 

Andrew Coates and Anna Sills remain in place as group finance director and customer service & communications director, respectively.

Critchley joined Advance in August 2015.
