Recruitment software provider Microdec has launched a new system that uses data intelligence to reduce recruiter administration.

The new Profile software features a customisable screen called 'the hub', which sits at the centre of the recruiter’s day, guiding them through the recruitment process and using data intelligence to prompt next actions. 

The system is customisable to the recruiter’s own workflow processes, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in recruiters’ teams.
