Video interview software provider TalkingCV has launched a new website.

Using the system, which requires an internet-enabled PC with webcam or a mobile device, candidates can record a structured video interview reply to pre-set questions prepared by the recruiter.

Each candidate gets the same time in which to answer these questions. The TalkingCV software allocates each video interview with a unique URL, allowing sharing of preferred candidates, publications and information between other staff and members of a firm’s recruitment panel.
