Global boutique recruiter Ambition has appointed Nicky Acuna Ocana as managing director for the UK. 

Acuna Ocana will have fill responsibility for the leadership and development of Ambition’s UK business.

She joined Ambition in 2008 as associate director and was subsequently promoted to director of professional services in January 2014.
