The Grichan Partnership appoints Gammon chairman

Specialist executive search and contract bidding support agency The Grichan Partnership has appointed Martin Gammon as chairman.

Gammon, who joins the board, was previously chief executive, UK & Europe at facilities management firm OCS Group from 2009 to 2014, and chairman of events and arenas support firm Leisure Support Services, London, from 2008 to 2011.

Gammon has also subsequently been appointed as an independent non-executive director at Principle Cleaning Services, is chairman of facilities services firm Positive Response Communications and is a strategy partner at management consultants Live Strategy. He also runs his own consultancy business MG Associates.

His appointment coincides with the launch of two new services: Bid Excellence and Qualified Selection and is part of a drive to consolidate Grichan’s market share in sectors such as facilities management and outsourced services, executive search and high-level recruitment for posts which make a strategic difference to an organisation.

Gammon will be working with The Partnership to support the development of its sector specialisms including, outsourced business services, high-technology, defence, aerospace, security and communications.
