Online luxury fashion retailer Yoox Net-A-Porter has appointed Deborah Lee as chief people officer.

Lee, who was most recently chief HR officer at tech firm BT Global Services, will be responsible for defining the group’s global efforts to engage talent through innovative culture, leadership and management strategies.

She starts her new role in January 2017 and joins the group’s executive team reporting to CEO Federico Marchetti.
