Talent acquisition roles in demand in China
Talent acquisition managers rank among the top five in-demand HR jobs in China, according to ZW HR Consulting.
The top HR roles currently in demand include:
1. Compensation and benefits manager
2. Talent acquisition manager
3. HR strategic business partner
4. HRIS (Human Resource Information System) leader
5. Learning & development/training managers
The China-based recruiter said in a statement it expects 2016-17 will be a consistent year for HR professionals in China, with significant interest expected in HR specialists that are bi-lingual, particularly in large multinational companies, who understood the Chinese perspective and could balance this with international best practice. While salaries will mostly remain steady, the firm expects an increase of 8-15% expected for HR roles.
