Global investment firm Eight Roads has appointed Laura Atterwill as talent partner.

Atterwill joins from executive search and consulting firm Spencer Stuart to focus on identifying and developing a pipeline of next generation investment talent across the Eight Roads network of captive and associated funds.

She will also work closely with the Eight Roads portfolio of companies to help leadership teams find the top talent to scale their businesses.
