Multi-sourcing and candidate engagement platform idibu has received a “significant” investment from Benula Capital.

Benula Capital is the investment vehicle of Miles Hunt, founder and former chief executive of international specialist staffing solutions firm Empresaria Group, and Simon Lawton, former group finance and founder director of education support services firm Tribal Group.

Commenting on the new investment, idibu managing director Martin Bramall said the funding will help the firm establish an “even stronger” foothold in the UK.

“We have recently hired Danny Leigh, former sales director EMEA of Rigzone. He will set up an office in Manchester and hire more sales personnel. In recent weeks, Fujitsu and Transline, to name but two, have chosen idibu as their preferred platform. More will surely follow.”

The sum invested was not disclosed.
