Professional networking site LinkedIn has launched a new crowd-sourced salary feature in the UK.

Known as LinkedIn Salary, and initially launched in the UK, US and Canada, the tool will enable LinkedIn’s 450m members to confidentially share their salary information, creating a source of insights for employers.
