Opus International Consultants worked with Nottingham-based full-service creative agency Michon to develop a recruitment campaign for engineers.
With more than 3,000 staff and 12,000 clients across Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the US and the UK, multi-disciplinary global infrastructure consultancy Opus needed to boost the recruitment of highway engineers in its Hertfordshire office in the UK.
Michon was chosen to create a recruitment campaign to engage with local engineers at all professional levels and encourage applications to fill these vacancies, demonstrating Opus’ employer credentials and work across various media channels, including social media, online advertising, email and press.
