IT and digital recruitment specialists Energize Recruitment Solutions has appointed a new managing consultant to focus on Germany.

Andy Bell, embarking on his 10th year in the recruitment industry, will be responsible for managing international recruitment and expanding IT services to Germany.

Bell previously worked for high-tech recruiter Lorien before moving into executive search and managing several teams at engineering and construction recruiter Rullion, before joining as head of practice at ReThink Recruitment in 2015.

Meanwhile, Dean Duignan, previously of Peritus, becomes the newest addition to the permanent German team alongside multilingual graduates Hannah Johnson and Ulli Gasselsberger, while the hires of Sam Facer, Phil Veal and Lara Dennis strengthen the IT division in the UK.

Longest-tenured employee Paul Jones-Evans, hired in 2006, was promoted to managing consultant, while Claire D’Amelio moved to senior principal consultant. Alex Carmichael, Jay Evans and Mark Weymouth all achieved promotions to consultant level.
