Global recruiter RoS International has appointed two senior contract managers. 

Emma Barwick joins the Hull-based agency from another Hull recruiter Bureau UK, while Katie Seed has been promoted to the senior role after spending nine years at RoS.

The duo will work on renewables and other energy sector appointments.
