In a statement, released this morning, the automotive giant said that increased growth in products, sales and new launches – including its S90 and V90 models and more cars set to be released – it is upping its technician numbers by almost 50%, with five hires per retail site by 2020, that’s in addition to the company’s 600 existing dealership technicians. 

These new recruits will be offered fast-track development opportunities available through web-based training and one-to-one assessments, with the chance of starting as service apprentice then master technician.
