Secrets of a successful recruitment sale

The secret to ensuring a smooth exit when selling your recruitment business is to establish trust, respect and be as open as possible with the acquiring company.
This was the advice of Gary Browning, non-executive director, board adviser and coach at Penna. He was speaking at Recruiter’s Executive Briefing entitled ‘Your big pay day: Lessons from the frontline’ at independent M&A and corporate advisory stockbroker Panmure Gordon’s City of London offices earlier this month.
