Take a break but make it later if you want to contact candidates

Do you take your lunch at 1pm sharp? You may want to rethink the timing of this, particularly if you’re seeking to contact a candidate with the perfect opportunity.

This is because new research, released this morning from job site Indeed, reveals the most popular time for people in the UK to search for a job is 1pm on Monday.

It appears it’s fine to grab a sandwich at the traditional UK lunchtime if you’re contacting candidates on the continent, however, as the research reveals they start their job search earlier, with job searches peaking at 11am in France and Belgium, and 12 noon in Germany.
