Support grows for anti-slavery protocol in building industry

McAlpine’s and Morgan Sindall are the latest firms to pledge their support to a protocol drawn up by the Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority (GLAA) aimed at protecting vulnerable and exploited workers in the construction industry.

The document commits signatories to work in partnership to eradicate slavery and labour exploitation, and to share information to help stop or prevent such exploitation.
